Retention period:

The retention period will be one (1) year, or when the interested party withdraws his/her consent.


The legal basis of the responsible is the legitimate interest of TRANSPARENT EDGE SERVICES, S.L. for the selection of personnel and their subsequent recruitment. Likewise, it is understood that there is express consent on the part of the candidate as he/she is the one who voluntarily and without direct request from the Holder, sends the curriculum to the latter’s offices

In the case of CVs, normally more data will be processed than those currently included in the privacy policy (Name, Email address, company & telephone), since the interested parties usually provide data related to their working life and education, as well as the image.
